Senior Engineering for Automotive, ERP, Retail & Healthcare
We build the systems most agencies won’t touch: auto parts catalogs with 10M+ SKUs, construction ERP that site foremen actually use offline, and clinical software that has to pass a regulatory audit. Primarily for clients in Germany and the EU.
Our Story
Vireon Labs started from a specific observation: the hardest software to build — automotive fitment engines, construction ERP with DATEV integration, regulated clinical LIS — was also the software that established agencies in Europe were most reluctant to take on. Either the domain knowledge wasn't there, the team wasn't senior enough, or the project was too operationally complex for a company that preferred clean greenfield work.
We are headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City and work almost exclusively with EU and APAC clients on B2B systems. Our engineering practice aggregates expertise from Vireon Labs (product & cloud engineering) and Aratech Vietnam (medical systems and clinical software). Most of our clients found us because someone they trusted had worked with us before.
We have a strong opinion about how to run a project: two to four weeks of structured discovery before any code, architectural decisions written in the repository not in someone’s head, and a sprint review every two weeks where you see working software. We will tell you when we think the wrong thing is being built. That has cost us contracts. We’re fine with that.
Our Mission
Help European teams ship the systems that nobody wants to own: data platforms with millions of cross‑references, ERPs running real operations, and clinical software that has to pass an audit. We do the boring, high‑stakes work well so our clients can compete on product, not firefighting.
Our Vision
Be the default Vietnamese engineering partner for European companies in regulated and data‑heavy verticals — the team CTOs call when the system has to be correct, audited, and still alive in five years.
How we actually operate
Not aspirational slogans — the working rules we apply on every engagement, and the ones we’ll push back on you about.
Outcomes over output
We measure ourselves on whether your system moved a business metric, not on velocity charts or lines of code. On the Bau Nord ERP, the metric was purchase-approval cycle time. It went from 5.1 days to 1.4. That's the number we track.
Decisions in the codebase, not in someone's head
Every significant architectural decision gets written as an ADR (architectural decision record) and committed to the repo. When the healthcare LIS team changed in week 14, the replacement engineer read 18 ADRs and was productive in 4 days. No knowledge-transfer meeting required.
Boring tech where it matters
.NET 8, PostgreSQL, Kafka. Not because they're exciting, but because they have long support windows and a strong hiring market in Germany and APAC. We'll recommend against a technology if we think it's the wrong choice for your situation — and explain why in writing.
Leadership Team
Engineers running delivery, not account managers. The people who architect your system are the people you talk to on Slack at 5pm CET.

Jorn Lee
Founder & Product Engineer
Leads delivery strategy and works directly with founders to turn product ideas into production-ready systems.
An Tran
Engineering Lead
Owns architecture quality and mentors cross-functional squads for web and platform delivery.
Minh Pham
Delivery Manager
Coordinates discovery, sprint planning, and release operations to keep projects predictable and transparent.
Nguyen Quoc Trinh
Technical Leader
Drives technical direction, code quality, and engineering standards across delivery squads.
Senior engineers, not growing juniors
We run small squads (2–5 engineers per project) where the person who architects the system is the person who builds it and is on call for it. No tiered handoffs, no account managers in the middle. The engineers covering your project have an average of 7+ years of experience on production B2B systems.
Who you are contracting with
Transparent identity for EU procurement and onboarding. Legal entity details, billing address and tax registration are shared under NDA on request.
Let's Talk About Your Project
A 30-minute call with an engineer, not a sales rep. We'll tell you honestly if we're the right fit.
