NDA before we start
We sign a mutual NDA before the call if you're sharing system details, data structures, or business context. Ask and we'll send it before we meet.

We're in Ho Chi Minh City (UTC+7). For EU clients that's 08:00–12:00 CET daily — enough for a live call without anyone working odd hours.

How the call actually goes
30 minutes. Here's the agenda we follow on every first call.
You tell us what's broken or what you're trying to build. We listen without interrupting.
We ask the questions that matter: what's been tried, what failed, what constraints are non-negotiable (compliance, timeline, existing systems). We may push back on assumptions.
We share an honest initial read: whether it fits our verticals, what the first step would look like, and a rough sense of team size and timeline. If we don't know something, we say so.
Within 2 business days: a written summary of what we discussed, our initial read on scope and approach, and either a proposal for a discovery phase or an honest explanation of why we're not the right fit.
